The Words Of Jesus

	God did one thing...He sent His only Begotten Son. Jesus did two things...He brought Grace and Truth. You must do three things...you must Hear, Believe, and Obey Jesus!

"Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves... Matthew  10:16

"And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left." Matthew 25:33

"He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." John 12:48

	ARE YOU FOLLOWING JESUS...OR THE CHURCH? Jesus is in the living room, Paul is in the kitchen, you're on the front porch and you want to know what you must do to get to Heaven. Would you walk past Jesus to go ask Paul what you must do to get to Heaven? No? Then why have you allowed your church to walk you past Jesus to Paul? The bible is so arranged by God that to get to the words of Paul, you must go past the words of Jesus! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW CAN THERE BE A MIDDLEMAN IN A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP? Your Pastor/church, (claiming God sent them to preach the gospel), is standing between you and Jesus; telling you about Jesus and what Jesus wants from you. Yet Jesus says you must have a personal relationship with Him. In a personal relationship with Jesus; wouldn't Jesus be the one telling you what Jesus wants? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEVER MAN SPAKE LIKE THIS MAN!   John 7:46 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the Truth.  Every one that is of the Truth heareth my voice."      John 18:37 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF JESUS? Jesus said the words He spoke will give you LIFE: "It is the spirit that quickeneth (gives life)...the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will make you CLEAN:   "Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you." John 15:3 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Jesus said the words He spoke will make you WISE:   "Therefore, whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man." Matthew 7:24 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Jesus said the words He spoke will SAVE YOU:   "But these things I say, that ye might be saved." John 8:31,32 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Jesus said the words He spoke will cause you to NEVER SEE DEATH:   "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death...If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death." John 8:51,52 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will cause Him and God to come LIVE WITH YOU:   "If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." John 14:23 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will cause you to get WHATSOEVER YOU ASK FOR:   "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will make you HIS FRIEND:   "Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you."John 15:14 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will give you PEACE:   "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace." John 16:33 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will get you HIS LOVE:   "If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love."John 15:10 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will make Him MANIFEST HIMSELF TO YOU:   "He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." John 14:21 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will cause you to receive GOD`S LOVE:   "He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father."John14:21 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke will get you the HOLY SPIRIT:   "If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter (the Holy Spirit), that he may abide with you for ever."John 14:15,16 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jesus said the words He spoke, rather than He, will JUDGE YOU ON JUDGMENT DAY:   "If any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not...He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." John 12:47,48 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why should you listen to the words of Jesus, the Christ?   Well, if the words of Jesus gives you Life, makes you Clean, makes you Wise, Saves you, gives you Joy, keeps you From Being Condemned, gives you the Truth, makes you Free, causes you to Never See Death, causes Him and God to come Live With You, gives you Whatsoever You Ask For, makes you His Friend, gives you Peace, gives you His Love, causes Him to Manifest Himself Unto You, gives you God`s Love, gives you the Holy Spirit, and will Judge You On Judgment Day...and that`s not the end of the list; then it seems to me the question should be:   Why wouldn`t you listen to the words of Jesus, the Christ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "AND WHY CALL YE ME, LORD, LORD, AND DO NOT THE THINGS WHICH I SAY?"Luke 6:46   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Top Of Page

God: "I will raise them up a Prophet, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of  him." Deuteronomy 18:18, 19

Peter: "For Moses truly said unto the fathers,  A Prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; Him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you." Acts 3:22

	Jesus, in the Bible, teaches sinners what they must do to get to Heaven. The Bible bears record that those 120 souls who followed the teachings of Jesus received the Holy Ghost, became members of His church, and were Heaven bound. The churches of this world are teaching a way to get to Heaven that's different  from what Jesus teaches in the Bible. There is nothing that bears record that their teachings have ever gotten anyone to Heaven. I've chosen to take my chances with what Jesus teaches in the Bible. This site is dedicated to others who have made, or will make, the same choice.
